Eight British breaks inspired by The Cabins

With the return of ITV’s hit reality show The Cabins to our TV screens, online booking system eviivo has found eight cabin holidays for Britons to indulge in the great outdoors.

These log cabins and camping pods are perfect for holidaymakers who want to enjoy the best of the British countryside in a rural retreat.

From the North York Moors to Northern Ireland, and from West Wales to the Isle of Skye, all the properties featured are as unique as they are memorable.

1. Aurora North Coast – Situated just a mile from the famous Giant’s Causeway and close to Bushmills Whiskey Distillery, Aurora occupies an unbeatable vantage point on the tip of Antrim’s North Coast. Handcrafted from gigantic Canadian cedar logs and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, Aurora’s two genuine log cabins exude luxury and charm. Hot tubs with views of the Atlantic make them perfect for a romantic getaway.

2. Blackthorne Gate – Escape the hustle and relax in these calming log cabins, located on the doorstep of the beautiful North York Moors National Park. These four spacious and airy cabins are inspired by birdsong and are surrounded by 230 acres of fields and hedgerows. Relax in your hot tub (there’s even a sauna!) or sit back and take in a great view of Roseberry Topping from your lanai.

3. The Chilterns View – Settle into one of these luxurious cabins in Oxfordshire and take in the views and sunset over the rolling hills of Chiltern. Relax in the privacy and seclusion of your lodge – treat yourself to a glass of bubbly on the deck, relax in your hammock, or unwind in your cabin’s private hot tub. Located just an hour from London by train, this glamping spot is perfect for city dwellers who want to escape routine in exchange for relaxation and country inspiration.

4. Ardcana – Making the most of the incredible views on offer, these stylish cabins on the magical Isle of Skye are as beautiful as their surroundings. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer unparalleled views, even from the comfort of your bed, while bathrooms feature copper tubs or rain showers. The handcrafted interiors carefully use natural materials, making these luxury spaces ideal for enjoying Skye’s magnificent sunsets.

5. Newlands Lodges – Located in the heart of Northumberland, these bespoke lodges in the heart of a 300 acre family estate guarantee peace and tranquility for your special getaway. Cedar Lodge features a hot tub and fully equipped kitchen, as well as two bathrooms with amazing rain showers. With tips from welcoming hosts on fabulous hiking trails, you’re sure to get the best views for miles around.

Snuggle up in these cozy pods, each with en-suite bathroom, kitchen area and outdoor patio, located in the Broadway Country House estate where you can also choose to enjoy a full Welsh breakfast or dinner.

7. New Forest Lodges – This beautiful group of lodges offers the perfect formula for a countryside getaway.
