These cabins for rent in Quebec are only $ 50 / night this fall

It’s time to start thinking about your fall weekend plans. The Port-au-Saumon Ecological Center (CEPAS), a nature reserve bordering the St. Lawrence in the Charlevoix region, has announced that fall reservations are available for its 10 mini cabins for rent in Quebec.

Mini cabin rentals are just $ 50 per night per person – and that includes meals.

CEPAS sets the scene: “you will have the chance to see the splendor of the changing colors of autumn, and to take advantage of the activities offered on sight such as roasting marshmallows around a campfire, watching the sun slowly set. on the St. Lawrence River and taste our delicious dishes prepared with local products. “

The small cabins themselves offer minimal amenities – two bunk beds and a bathroom – but the real selling point is the scenery.

Photos on the CEPAS website show stunning views of the river and the landscape with its rocky beaches and gently sloping hills.

Cabin renters also have access to the site’s five trails, which last from one to two and a half hours and offer additional views.

There is no wifi so you can focus on nature.

Visitors are required to book a minimum of two nights.
