Berkeley’s Winter Cabins follow on from the Knightsbridge Hotel’s successful beach cabin concept this summer, with each winter cabin accommodating up to eight people.
The five cabins will be lit by candles and lanterns, as well as adorned with wreaths and surrounded by fir trees and light garlands to put the guests in a festive atmosphere. Blankets and heaters will also be available.
Other alpine touches will include a specialty menu built around fondue and a raclette grill allowing diners to grill their own Wagyu beef or finish their lobster.
While the drink menu will feature a wide range of craft beers, wines, champagnes and mulled cider. Cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails will also be available.
The Winter Cabins will be open from December 4 and will be open from noon with the last session at 9.15 p.m. from Wednesday to Saturday, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Booths will have a minimum spend of £ 500 per session.
